DayBiz maximises the benefits for its partners by keeping the organisational costs of intertrading as low as possible, whilst also providing excellent sourcing prices. Overhead is a forbidden word. Furthermore, the costs we do have are variable and are dependent on the number on the number and volume of trades. With a small and flexible team, we are constantly able to surprise our partners with new brands, new products, and improved pricing. Everything DayBiz does, has its foundation built upon lengthy experience in the wholesale industry and having senior figures in the area of purchasing. Richard Budding, general manager
Richard has a long history in the building industry. He started his carreer at Intergamma, the largest DIY-retail chain in The Netherlands and Belgium. Later on he joined the biggest international buying group for sanitary, heating and plumbing called the WIM-Group, which he headed for more than 10 years.
He then joined DayBiz in 2018 and became the General Manager and he also participated a shareholder. After a short project in the market of re-use building materials he now joined DayBiz again.
Richard knows the European building market very well, having experience in both the retail sector as well as the professional sector. He is able to interact with different levels in the hierarchy and his capacity to speak 4 languages fluently and 2 other on a basic level helps to be active in many European countries.
His passion to be of service and to always find a solution no matter what the problem, makes him an excellent partner for the intermediate business that DayBiz is.

Joyce de Fijter, intertrade manager
Joyce is an enthusiastic person and likes working with data. Her accuracy goes beyond perfection. She started her career at Plieger, a large Dutch wholesaler, already in 1993 and developed here career during the course of a 27-year period. Having worked for different departments, remember Plieger is both in the professional market as well as in the DIY, she is both very knowledgeable on the 2 different market sectors but more importantly on all the different aspects of being a wholesaler. The business processes of a distributor, the data collection of a wholesaler in both HVAC and electrical, nationally and internationally, and a vast product- and brand knowledge will help to serve the DayBiz partners in an excellent manner. She started working for DayBiz since January 2021 and has quickly shown her valuable contribution in understanding the complexity of international price comparison and data improvement. Joyce has taken upon her the role of DayBiz' Intertrade Manager, and will as such be your daily contact person when it comes to offering, ordering, transporting and invoicing. She is Dutch and operates from her home office.

Nadezhda Elenska, commercial backoffice
Nadezhda Elenska is a commercially driven Sales Executive at Daybiz with extensive international experience across wholesale, retail, and business-to-business (B2B) environments. With a strong customer-focused mindset and strategic approach to revenue growth, she has successfully operated across multiple commercial models, understanding the unique dynamics of both direct-to-consumer and B2B markets.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from The Hague University, Nadezhda brings a strong understanding of international relations, cultural dynamics, and global business environments. Fluent in English and Bulgarian, with intermediate French, she thrives in international settings and values building long-term, trust-based client relationships.
Nadezhda is an accomplished sales and operations professional with extensive international experience in retail, fashion, and supply chain management. With a strong customer-focused mindset and a results-driven approach, she specializes in optimizing sales processes, strengthening international partnerships, and delivering operational excellence across global markets. Driven, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, and relationship-focused, she consistently drives sales growth while placing customer satisfaction at the centre of every engagement.

Sarah, data-manager
Sarah began her career in web marketing, developing strong foundations in SEO content creation, website management, and digital performance analysis. Through years of working on content optimization, product pages, and online visibility strategies, she gained a deep understanding of how structured information directly impacts user experience and business results.
Over time, her role naturally evolved toward data-focused responsibilities. She progressively shifted her focus to product data preparation and management, working on the collection, structuring, updating, and enrichment of product information such as pricing, technical specifications, and documentation. This transition allowed her to move from purely content-driven tasks to more analytical and detail-oriented data processes.
Currently expanding her expertise in data management practices and tools, Sarah is in a continuous learning phase and highly motivated to grow in this field. Curious, rigorous, and adaptable, she is ready to take on new challenges and further develop her skills in structured data environments.
